Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 10-15 business days to ship. The shipping estimate for each product will be provided under each item. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.
Custom Handmade Items
Handmade items are just that, handcrafted just for you. We start working on your order right away and it typically takes up 3-5 business days to ship.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping time frames are based on average shipping times. The estimates are based on business days and doesn’t include weekends and holidays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please email blancasboutique20@yahoo.com
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please order at least 14 business days in advance.
Refund/Return Policy
Due to the nature of personalized items, we cannot offer returns. Your personalized jewelry is designed just for you! However, if there is a defect with your order we will replace it at no additional cost. Please check item immediately upon receipt. We will honor replacement within 3 days of delivery date, no exception!
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so if you are unhappy with a personalized item order we ask that you reach out to our customer service team (blancasboutique20@yahoo.com) and we will work with you to make things right.
